BIOGRAPHY

Rhoda Lowinger is an award winning pastel portrait artist living in Great Neck. Rhoda earned her Master’s degree in Studio Art at the College of New Rochelle. She has also studied at the School of Visual Arts and the Pastel Society of America as well as privately with Master Pastelist Daniel Slapo. Rhoda is an artist member of the Art League of Nassau County and the National Art League.
